The Jacuzzi tub was awesome, just needed some instructions on how to turn it on. I believe that they need more towels/mats to help reduce the slippery conditions when walking around the room after being in the jacuzzi tub. The tile floor is extremely slick when wet.

They were so nice and business like but they had a personality that was to try and help or make a person understand that they can do it or they can't but not done in the manner a person would feel they were just being difficult very nice staff all have a smile when they see you and ask how are you doing and what can I do for you. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The spa bathtub was amazing! Everyone was very nice and because I checked in late they were gracious and let me check out a little later. Love this place

Breakfast was adequate. Room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was so helpful and so friendly. The wonderful staff went out of their way to arrange for us to have a room on the first floor eventhough there was none available when we arrived. Byron is unable to use stairs due to a recent stroke. Their efforts far exceeded anything that we expected of them. A big thank you to everyone there.
